Scholarship Opportunities

Congratulations to Matthew Kenney, this year’s recipient of the Gemm Learning Fall Dyslexia Scholarship. Matthew’s essay was both inspirational and insightful.  We were impressed with all of the 2016 submissions.  Therefore, we thank Matthew and all students who participated.

In addition, Gemm Learning will be announcing its 2017 school year scholarships shortly.

Dyslexia Scholarship ($1,000 toward college tuition)

The deadline for applications for this scholarship has passed. Please check back for future scholarship opportunities.

For the third straight year, Gemm Learning is making its “Dyslexia” scholarship available to students with dyslexia who will be attending college/university in the US/Canada in the Fall ’16.

It takes persistence and character to overcome the challenges presented by dyslexia and get into college. Therefore, the Gemm Learning “Dyslexia” scholarship rewards that persistence. We have been providing a $1,000 scholarship twice a year since 2013.

The application process is simple. Send us your story in the form of an essay on the topic “Living With Dyslexia.” Your essay is at the same time educational as it is inspirational, giving us all a unique insight into what it’s like to live with dyslexia.

In addition to the $1,000 scholarship, the winning student’s essay will be featured on Gemm Learning’s blog.
