We are confident that we can help every student who starts Fast ForWord with us. This confidence stems from our results to date and from our comfort with the science behind our programs.

What is the Guarantee?

If there are no observed changes or if changes are not picked up in our Behavioral Ratings or testing over a four month minimum period of Fast ForWord, Gemm will provide an alternative -- BrainWare Safari -- free of charge for three months. 

While it is rare that we do not see changes, our main interest here is in having you leaving Gemm satisfied that we delivered on our goals for your child. To that end, if our primary intervention, Fast ForWord software, does not help, BrainWare Safari is a great alternative because it targets learning in a very different way. While Fast ForWord works primarily on processing skills, BrainWare Safari uses sensory integration and cognitive loading to build learning efficiency.

How We Measure Change

We rely on any one of three sources:

---- Parent observations in emails or by phone. We hear from excited parents all the time, and that is what we expect in most cases.

---- Pre and post Behavioral Rating surveys. New clients fill one out when we start. We have them complete another one four months later. The surveys are scored so that we can measure changes.


---- For most students the first session is an assessment where we measure cognitive, language and reading skills. Theses scores are updated regularly.
