Cancel At Any Time

Clients can cancel in first 14 days for a full refund. If you want to cancel later, before the prepay ends, you can do that also. We would recalculate your service usage based our monthly rates and refund you the balance.

Our Guarantee

If, after four months of Fast ForWord service, you do not see results and there are no measurable gains in our post testing, we will provide three months of BrainWare Safari, a program with a different approach, completely free of charge.

For families who need more time -- some children do need longer -- we have a special 12 month license. All other family members -- siblings or parents -- qualify for a 20% sibling discount. We also have monthly installment plans.

The Intensive

The Intensive is mainly for home school children during the school year and for all children over summer. There are two important features: first, the Intensive has more time flexibility, with protocols of 30, 50 or 90 minutes each day. This allows you to work longer in low activity weeks, while scaling back when your children are busier. Second, Intensive students can blend programs, meaning they can work on more than one program at once. This contrasts with the sequential, one-at-a-time approach of our standard program. The Intensive allows students to squeeze 4-5 months of programming into a two month period.
