Who Is It For?
We address reading and language processing-based learning delays for children 5 and older, teens, and adults, including:
- Reading delays
- A diagnosis, including APD, ADHD, dyslexia, or working memory deficits

The At-Home Routine (How It Works)
No Parent Training or Tech Skills Required
You only need the Internet, a computer or laptop, and ear-covering headphones. We set the daily assignments remotely and monitor progress daily.
Your role at home is to manage your child’s schedule. They just log in and start.
Engaging, Self-Paced Software
The adaptive software has a computer game feel – counters, reward sounds, etc.
Once your child starts, adaptivity takes over—pulling your child up step by step, dropping back if it’s too hard. Your child should not need help, and for most children, the software is engaging enough to hold attention.
Protocol Length and Requirements
Most students are with us for 6 to 8 months, 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
Since sometimes our programs do not fit the home routine, we offer a risk-free start for the first 2 weeks – cancellation rates are <1%.
Wrap-Around Professional Oversight
Students start with Fast ForWord or Cogmed. Then, based on student needs, protocols may include Reflex Math (math facts), ClearFluency and Reading Plus, and/or the K-8 math intervention software DreamBox Learning.
While our software does the heavy lifting, our educators make it all work.
- Daily Click-Level Monitoring: We are in constant contact. Our professionals review daily progress and error patterns. If we see an issue, we’ll reach out.
- Weekly Reports & Check-Ins: We send weekly progress reports on skills learned, errors, and exercise completion, and send certificates to recognize milestones.
- Live 1-on-1 Remote Sessions: If a student plateaus or struggles with a specific exercise, educators jump on live screen-sharing sessions to coach them through.
- Custom Protocol Adjustments: Continuous recalibration between Fast ForWord, ClearFluency, or supplemental math/working memory modules.

Our Start Process
It’s a simple process:
- A one-on-one consultation to make sure we can help
- Baseline assessment and behavioral survey on day one
- Daily assignment set – 2 or 3 rotating exercises each day
- We create an individualized plan after observing a few sessions
We learn a lot from student performance on the different cognitive exercises—what is difficult and what is not—which informs our individualized protocol plan.
